Belly Bliss

What can I say about this amazing woman that will do her justice? Cortney is my friend, my confidant, my silly side all wrapped up in one perfect bundle. The fact that she is a photographer only deepens my connection with her. But let me tell you-- taking photos of another photographer is not easy! I was flattered that she and her husband of Teeples Photography chose me to do their maternity photos, since they are so talented themselves.

I have to laugh as I think of the obstacles I went through for this next shot. Freezing creek water, pants rolled up and soaked, uneven rocks cutting my toes, and the fear of dropping insanely expensive cameras hanging loosely around my neck.
Was it worth it? I think so.

Snazzy Senior Portraits

I was in Utah last week and I had so much fun doing so many different photo shoots (more photos to come). One of them was a spur of the moment (literally) photo shoot of this awesome gal. She lives in Switzerland with her fam and her mom mentioned they hadn't even thought about getting her Senior pictures done since they lived over there. THANKFULLY--we were able to spend a few minutes "posing" oh-so-fabulously during an outdoor get-together.

LOVED this gal. She said she was thinking about being a photographer when she grows up.

These sisters are the cream of the crop when it comes to cuteness! Can you believe they are even cuter in person? Hard to imagine, I know!

Who says you have to be insanely pregnant to take maternity pictures? I just adore this soon-to-be mother of three and cannot wait until her little boy comes.

Some Seriously Cute Kiddos

Besides being stink'n adorable, these kids made me laugh so hard! Miss Lily would not stop posing like a princess, Jackson constantly ran away to play on the slide, and sweet Asher didn't feel very well so I was lucky to get even a half-smile out of the poor babe. It was so normal and chaotic and perfect. I loved every minute.

This photo makes me giggle! Mama looks so great--despite her not-so-happy and wiggly kids.
